Shipping Charges and Payment
Information
We
accept Paypal, Checks, Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) and Money Orders.
Payment for US Residents can be made by Paypal,
Credit Card, Check or Money
Order. International Customers must use Paypal or Bank Wire
Transfer.

US Shipping via USPS Priority Mail
ALL items will
be shipped. We do not deliver items to shows unless they are unusual
in size, shape or otherwise would be difficult to ship. "Pick- Ups"
are also not available. Items are generally shipped within 2-3
business days of us receiving cleared funds.

THEY VARY WIDELY- ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL WITH
FULL INSURANCE. This means a minimum shipping charge in most
cases of $11.
Items priced in excess of $1000
will be shipped via USPS Express Mail. Insurance rate depends on the value of the items.
Special Shipping Items
Will be marked as such and shipping will be based
on factors such a weight, oversize length or girth or requirement
for special packaging. Call for pricing. The Post Office has
recently created a much expanded definition of Oversize. Like it or
not, items that are larger than 12" X 12" X 12" or 1 Cubic
Foot in other dimensions, will usually be charged balloon rate by
the Post Office.
Overseas Shipping-
Call or email for shipping quote. Items will be
quoted at Priority Mail
for items over 1lb.
Items smaller than a video cassette can be sent
in a Small Flat-Rate container for a $36 USD. Most trench art
letter openers, handkerchiefs, smaller manuals, patches,
insignia, medals, first-aid pouches, etc. fall into this
category and can often be combined several to the box for best
value.
Larger items are priced by weight, and the
average for a box around 1kg to 2.5kg is $55-65 USD. Trench art
shells, haversacks, helmets, tunics, bayonets, gas masks, etc.
tend to fit this rough area. These can be combined to save
shipping as well, and even an oversized box will generally be
more affordable than two separate shipments.
We do encourage
shipping multiple items at once and to that end, we are always
happy to hold an item (once paid for) while other items are
chosen, to make best use of shipping.
Orders over $1000 USD in value will
generally be bumped to USPS Express Mail shipping - a relatively
small increase in shipping cost but a large increase in the
quality and speed of shipping, as well as the tracking
information provided. We calculate shipping for every order
individually, so if there was something specific you had in mind
we will be happy to check for you.
Overseas customers!!- REMEMBER, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE
WHAT YOUR POSTAL SYSTEM DOES WHEN WE SHIP YOUR ITEM, AND IN MANY
CASES INSURANCE CANNOT BE PURCHASED BY US ON YOUR PACKAGES, SO RISK
OF LOSS IS YOURS ALONE. WE WILL PROVIDE PROOF OF
SHIPMENT, THAT IS ALL WE CAN DO. If this is not acceptable please do
not place an order. Sorry we have to be tough on this but there are
just too many things out of our control.
